My background
My expertise is a blend of language services and market research experience, which I leverage to empower LSPs to achieve their growth targets.
I began my journey at a small language service provider in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I climbed the ranks from an eager intern to an accomplished division president. I first mastered the intricacies of project management before switching gears to sales, where – thanks to some great coaching – I propelled the company to a mid-sized company. This earned me my wings to move into progressively broader management roles. Eventually, the company was acquired by TransPerfect Translations and I oversaw the entire Milwaukee division for them.
Hungry for a new challenge, I transitioned to market research, focusing on the language services industry. As the director of LSP research at CSA Research, I dedicated 13 years to dissecting the market landscape, and determining best practices for strategic planning, growing LSPs, and optimizing operational efficiencies. After writing over 350 detailed reports, conducting dozens of sales workshops, and delivering countless advisory, I became a trusted voice in the industry, frequently presenting a conferences all over the world.
Why "LingoKee"?
It’s the portmanteau (beautiful French Word!) of the two places I lived – Lingolsheim, a suburb of Strasbourg in the Eastern part of France, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on the shores of Lake Michigan.
